Custom Piping, Anyone know a good place/person

I\'ve got a T78, and where the intercooler piping runs into the turbo it hits the bonnet which allows it to shut....just, but it\'s not safe without bonnet pins.

Wondering if anyone could direct me to someone who could make me a custom pipe?? I\'m based in herts/London area.

I know when I did mine I bought alloy bends and straight and then made the parts myself. Then I just looked in yell for a local alloy welder to weld the bits up afterwards. For all the measurements you can take it is near impossible job to do without the car to hand.

Hey guys sorry for delay



as you can see this pipe is slightly above the closing line for the bonnet. As soon as i have time i will try get a custom one done. Is there anyone else running a t78 with FMIC that i can have a peek at?

You can get 90 bends in the Samco hose with different size ends, then put a angled samco joiner between the two to remove the pipe.

You might even get away with just a 135deg one !

That\'s what I was thinking. Been trying to post through my laptop but there something wrong with my access.

Rotate your turbo housing a little and get a silicone bend off eBay and mod the other pipe going down to the IC. Much easier and cheaper

Those guys on eBay are sound too. Had some ally bends off them. Going there 2moro to get some other stuff. Only ten mins drive from me.
