what radiator cap

as the title suggests what is the correct type for my 94fd? on ebay there is a couple of different styles, there is the ones which have a rubber seal then have a spring coming out the centre then another rubber seal below it, then you get the type that i have which which only has 1 rubber seal and no spring and second seal. the 1 with 2 rubber seals all seam to be 1.3 bar, could i fit this other type?

The AST has the spring in the middle, .9 bar.
The filler on top of the engine has no spring but a sprung one can be fitted, it makes no difference unless you have a FC neck fitted which needs the AST cap.
