Odd question I know, but does anyone know the thread diameter of an FD gear lever.
I know it measures about 10mm but I tried what I think was a 10mm nut on but it was a different thread pattern. So either the nut is not M10, or the gear lever is not M10 !!!

Help please.

Thanks
Chris

The RX8 gearknob is the same thread Chris I\'ll see if I can dig out the calipers and check for you.
Turbocharged 192ps RX-8 running Meth Injection on an Adaptronic
Fully Bridgeported 231ps RX-8 stripped for the Track
2nd Gen RX-7 TurboII on a GT35r (show winner)

Quick reply
The actual size is 9.8mm x p1.25
So yeah I would guess its an M10 thread being Jap

No problem mate... The least I could do considering.
Can confirm this as I have the Amemiya short shifter that\'s designed for the FD but fits the 5 speed rx8
