Looking forward to the progress on this!  I was talking about this with Clive the other month and I now have nagging ideas that won\'t go away.

Thank\'s Jon, I will attempt to be at all the rounds in the hope I can hunt for a Championship, please note I did say hope, early days yet got to get it up n running first

Great to see that the "cat is out of the bag" at last after all your research into whether producing an RX-8 to race competitively in the UK was feasible on a budget.

Really fantastic and excited to hear that the project is underway and, like everyone else, eager to hear more news as the car takes shape.

Well the RX-8 has moved a little nearer as it is now in glorious Technicolor,

Really could not get the original concept to work once we tried to line out where the blue would go so as Mr Python would say, "and now for something completely different" !

Don\'t forget when I get the many many advertising stickers including race numbers on the car will look different yet again, just got to decide where we put them  

The car has gained a nice and cheap Replikit nose to get air in plus a £160 e-bay rear wing.

On a practical side aerodynamically it should have been a plank on stilts wing but while I feel aesthetically these work on most other rotarys, I could not bring myself to fit one on an RX-8 (apologies to those in advance to those who like these)

Lastly as the car will have R3 rear lights it now has an R3 rear bumper cone, however this is for practical reasons as the fog lamp area will be cut out to let air out from under the car and hopefully give me room for the rear diffuser I also got from Replikit.

Still needs mopping to finish the paint job but it should be home next week and then I can get started properly on getting this together :Thumbsup!.
