I wanted a clutch assembly that has very low inertia so the clutch below is on order from Mazdatrix has a super light fly wheel and a Quartermaster 4.5 diameter twin plate

That is definately super light weight!! Rev happy. How much is one of those clutches?

The engine wouldn\'t even need opening either, just build a manifold and stick to gt40 on there and you would get more than 400hp and huge more amount of torque.

This was contemplated, but remember this is supposed to be a "cheap" easy to build race car,

I\'m already looking at the RX-8 six speed box as a disposable item, stick a 20b in and I\'m into gearboxes and diffs that I would rip apart like wet paper bags  :Giggle

BTW, I said it was going to run 400 BHP / I didn\'t say that was it maximum horsepower potential :chat
