Late spec splitter on earlier nosecone:
You need to trim off a couple of locating lugs moulded into the late spec lip and it is not a perfect match for the curvature of the earlier nose cone. It fits fine at the front but sits proud of it a little at each corner because the later nose is a slightly different radius there.

Jinx - nice one mate.. thats the kinda info i needed...  all i need to know was how it lines up with the holes... got my answer, cheers.

Hi, I\'m looking for a pristine front lip for my \'99. A long shot I know but worth asking anyway......... the one I have has been badly marked by it\'s previous owner, who I imagine parked by ear !!

I have a question in similar vein if the splitter holes line up for 99 spec splitter to early style bumper, and the plastic undertray bolts to the lower R1 lip (early lower lip).

Does this mean the early spec plastic undertray will work ok with the 99 spec bumper and lip?

I don\'t mind a couple of holes no lining up perfect since my undertray is a bit torn in 1 corner and a couple of zip ties work good enough.
