Hi

I have today, posted everyone\'s Japfest track session papers and tickets and stand passes.

• Please note that the RX-8OC members will not have any stand passes or tickets in their pack, unless they requested them.


• Please check the full contents of the envelope especially those that have track session papers and tickets & stand passes as the documents may have fallen to the bottom of the envelope.
  
• Please make a note of the time if you are booked for a track time and ensure that you arrive in sufficient time, especially those of you who are on the first track session to attend the briefing.
  
• Please keep all tickets & stand passes safe as I or Japfest are unable to provide any duplicates, so it is your responsibility to ensure that you bring them on the day.

[/B]For those of you that have already requested a stand pass only, I will sort these out over the next few days, but please be advised that I have no further stand passes available.

Lastly, please remember that Japfest is on Saturday 12th May, as we had a member thinking it was on a Sunday last year, and lost their monies.

My order on the shop still states "pending" and we\'ve changed address since i ordered them.
 
Maybe I\'m being impatient but is there any way of checking where they were sent to, that is, if the order actually went through please?

Hi Gareth

If you come over to the MRC stand, I am sure someone will be able to give  you a stand pass and then you will be able to move your rotary from the Riff Raff section to the club stand.
