BOV Relocation?

Hi All,

I\'m after some advice on the location of the BOV and if it matters. The reason being I have a new hard pipe to fit, off the Y pipe, heading to the intercooler which has a BOV welded in place.

Can I ditch the standard pipe and BOV that comes off the Y pipe (right next to the outlet for the intercooler hardpipe) and dumps into the back of the air filter in favour of venting to atmosphere with the hard pipe BOV?

apexi filters and hardpipes
fmic with hard pipes and BOV
air pump removed
