gear box and diff oil

can anyone tell me how often do yous change your diff and gear box oil and what do you guys use, and is there is how to to teach me what to do thx.....

MT-90 75W90 GL-4 Gear Oil (Trasmition)
75W90 GL-5 Gear Oil (Differential)
