Guys,

Currently removing my twin turbo pack, have removed the down pipe now and at the point not to start removing feeds into the turbo pack and the pack itself.

Is there a guide on this or are there any tips ?
Is it true the turbo pack itself separates from the manifold ?

So far its been a pig of a job and I fully expect it to get worse before it gets better

In case you are wondering I am going single so there will be a plethora of other queries / questions later on.

Any help would be ace, cheers,
Gareth

Seen as they\'re not going back on just keep removing things until you get to the nice engine block and ports, only thing I would be concerned about is the oil lines for turbos as it may get a little messy.

Hi mate, the oil is drained out of the car anyway so that shouldn\'t be too much of a problem hopefully.......

Jus keep I booting things then, but I may suggest actually blathering everything with WD40 or something similar to loosen things up, you may find that the studs come out instead of some of the nuts coming out but they are easily put back in. Be sure to not mistake a LIM nut for an exhaust one, best to leave that untouched unless your changing the LIM for an exaessive one?

Good call mate I Sprayed wd40 on the down pipe nuts over 4 evenings and still one of the studs came out with the nut on it :)

Just make sure you don\'t force like the guys on fduk are saying, nothing worse than having to use a pair of mole grips to get nuts off because they are rounded off.

If you still have the engine oil put that on the nuts too, also if you have a burner use it to heat the metal around the nuts/screws so it expands and eases off the boots/nuts
