Creaking from drivers side caliper

I noticed yesterday there was a funny creaking coming from the drivers side caliper when I put my foot on the brake ive since gone out today and pads and discs have stacks of life left so what could it be .
I should also note the Brembo GT calipers not standard rx8 ones
