the idea was to keep all the same size so i can swop front to rears etc instead of having hundred of wheels every where
so if  18x10 et35 with 265s  stick  out by 1.35mm if i rolled the lip / stretch  the  would cure over hang   , many thanks i will have to see what tyres i was going to run coz i cant remember ,

Whats the centre bore size, just got me rotas and with the spigot theresstill alotof movement.

A 265 on an et35 on the rear will fit with a lip roll, possibly a slight pull, depending on geo and ride height.

I\'d be very surprised if it fitted the front with a 265. I\'d run a 235 and be prepared to possibly have to do some front archwork.

Centre bore is 67.1mm.

was chatting to max from reworx about this a couple of weeks ago.

he runs 18x10 et40 all around with 260 slicks(same as about 265 road tyres) on his orange racecar and says they are fine with no rubbing, id imagine the cornering forces he subjects the car to would cause it a bit.

but then im not 100% of his ride height.

is paul a member on here so we can clarify with him?

I have two sets of wheels. Will they fit?

Advan Model7
18x9, ET 35, 225/40 tire
18x10, ET 40, 235/45 tire

Dotz Mugello
18x8, ET35, 225/40 tire
18x9, ET35, 235/45 tire

you could run wider tyres on them aswell for more grip if you wanted.
235/40 on the front and on the 18x10 you can run 265 without issue id have thought if your compare to what some people run on here

Kenji

I know they\'re a bit stretched, but I have around 10 of each size in my basement (all brandnew Maxxis MA-Z1 Victra semislicks), so it would be a waste not to use them.

Hi peeps...

Just looking at a set of Work Emotion rims 17inch in size..

Tyres are Rear 235/40/17 and Front 215/45/17

They are advertised with an offset of ET60

These were removed from an older Skyline... How will these sit in the arches...?

These ones

Many thanks

et 60 sounds really high, not sure if I\'ve ever heard of an et that high TBH! :P

In addition, pretty sure they\'re 18\'s in the pic above.... going by the above tyres sizes, the widths of the alloys sounds very thin / weak, poss 7.5, 8.0 or 8.5..... ?!

IMHO, I wouldn\'t bother looking at them any further, they won\'t look anything like the above and nowhere near as good :)

Yeah thats what I thought... Im hoping the fella can get get back to me with any other numbers. The wheels he\'s selling are geunine Work Emotion CF wheels as above but in  17" 9J and 8J... What sort of offset should I be aiming for?

Also this morning I come across a set of Volk rims, theyre a much more filling 18x9J all round with an ET45 all round running 245/40 tyres all round as well... How will these sit?

Many thanks fil.
