Lights won\'t go down

Hi everyone,

Got a problem with my Rex. Basically the lights go up but they won\'t go back down again. Once or twice they have gone down by themselves afte a little while but now they are stuck up.

Any ideas? lol

Have you accidentally pushed the button on the right side of the steering wheel? Its there to put them up without the lights turning on. I think its there for maintenance/cleaning.

Hehe no, saying that though I don\'t know what position the button has to be in to make them shut as I\'ve played with it so many times now lol. It seems to have a mind of its own that car

Someone said something about vacuum? i don\'t know if this applies to the third gen or not. I had a look at the motor etc and cant seem to find any vacuum lines. Im just stumped as to why they go down over time sometimes after a few hours of so?

Hmmmm.... seems to have fixed itself...... for now lol

well there still getting stuck up sometimes. I guess nobody has any ideas?

Once one of my headlights wouldn\'t go down on the drifter. It turned out the lens was loose, swinging forward and a small stub on it was hooking on the bumber.  It was a standard light setup but mite be your cause :S.   vibrations would allow it to slide loose and drop.
