I would firstly not get a piggy back for a car running twins it will give you more things to go wrong and by the time youve wired it in and got it working you would have spent the same money but no time plugging a apexi in,
I wouldnt run for long with a decat without map as it will cause boost issues and can also cause it to run lean under load
 
that said though i wouldnt uprate the fuelling yet if your goal is for it to run right and be drivable then get a ecu and have it mapped within the standard fuel systems limits or you will start spending real money.

The Emanage is fine alsong as you run twins, i doubt it could cope with a single conversion.
ive been running one for a few years mapped by Pip and it produced the same results as an apexi.

Thanks everyone, i will go with the majority and just save for an APEXI FC spares the hassle if in the future i want to go single turbo etc.. As for the boost, i saw today it is running between 17-19 boost, is this a good thing?
