Quote from: Grant Monkhouse;808577What size charge cooler are you going be using? Volume of water is key to a CC I should imagine with yours being rear engined that you can put the CC rad at the front of your car with the pipes running from the CC to the rad.
Yes CC rad up front and heat exchanger core on the rear bulkhead most likely .

I went to the hot rod/chassis shop today and the car\'s booked in for March . This thread will start getting interesting soon then , lol .
It\'s going to be the nuts with a one off chassis design by the master Chris Isaacs .
Some awesome machines already down there so stand by to be impressed . :guinness

You need to get piston heads involved when its finished. They loved a bike engined Fiat 126 and yours will be so much more its unreal :D Would definitely get a good write-up on their news section !

Ok mate , i will do later . It still looks like a heap of scrap at present so i don\'t think they\'ll be impressed just yet !!!! Once the chassis is done and it\'s sitting on it\'s fat wheels with big arches etc then it will start looking good . :mmmm

First of the new parts too arrive . These are my 245/50/13 Avon CR500 rear tyres . Turbo should be here this week and the new 9x13 inch wheels are being made so will be here in about 2 weeks .  :cool

Not sure how long it will shine for once it\'s used . I was very suprised when i opened the box as it looked like chrome .

What\'s the hole for on the outlet?? Temp, pressure?????

600gaz

The hole could be used for different things but i think it\'s there for a vacuum take off for boost control/wastegate etc .
My 9 inch wide rear wheels should be here next week so i\'ll post some pics up of them when they turn up .
The next pictures of the car will be when it\'s at the hot rod/chassis shop having the chrome-molly cage + tube frame conversion . I\'m having it slammed on it\'s arse with a nice low ride height so it\'s going too look mean scrapping the tarmac with a big fat shiney turbo hanging out the back . :Thumbsup!

Not seen this thread for a while but loving the bits you\'ve got for it. Ed\'s old engine and that turbo would be a mad combo in any car but in something as small and light as yours is..... Metal :D

9" mini lites rock, I had 6" wide ones on my mini. It was where I got my liking of deep dish rims from.

Cheers chaps . I\'ll get some pics up of the bodyshell next month once they start chopping and tubing it .

Got some lightweight Carbon seats the other week so here\'s a pic . :mmmm
