what is the smallest cca battery I will get away with? do these cars use a lot of cranking power, I want to put the smallest battery on it I can in size/weight?

I was looking at a bosch s4019....

Just for the size of it?

Was going to use standard fpr for now and put a aftermarket one on at a later date? dont no if this will cause problems???
 
I have done away with all solenoids including the fpr one? just hooked the vacuum line off the standard fpr directly to the LIM.
 
Yes you can have your ecu back :Tongue1 totally forgot about it :rollin it is amongst all the other boxes full of parts??

Ok here is some pics of my progress so far.. A lot of the progress is little things like fabricating parts etc. I have made my own blanking plates from 5mm aluminium and a battery tray/box for the new battery location.
 
The fmic was a pain but finally done in a sense. I\'m just in the process of re-routing the heater matrix pipe as you can see in one of the pics.
 
Hopefully going to get her finished shortly 1-2 weeks HOPEFULLY :Thumbs-up
 
oooh and I painted the engine bay, sick of looking at it in red?

it will do the job as long as your not running huge boost/injectors and you get a good map on it,

I\'d look at simplifying the turbo side pipe. You are adding just extra pipe.

Right she is done in a sense?? I just need to finish fabricating down pipe, heat wrap it, and get her mapped!!
 
Dont have a go for the ridiculous routing of my intercooler piping lol :Giggle I love it

oooooh forgot to ask, how do you do the 12v mod to the fuel pump, can\'t find anything on here using the search.... would be nice to have some guide or pics to help me if possible
