Replacement Heater Control Trim Panel

I\'m wondering if anyone knows of a replacement heater control panel that doesn\'t have the double din hole for stereos. Without heater control holes would also work as the heater core isn\'t conected anyway.
 
I\'m building my car to be a street/track car, as I clean stuff and put right some of the crappy bodges that have been done by previous owners I keep finding stuff that\'s either broken or just so badly modified that I need to replace the it.
 
There was a guy on rx7club making carbon parts but he appears to have run off with everyones deposits so I\'m struggling to find an alternative trim piece.
