you can drop in a FD fuel pump aswell if you want to pump more fuel around ( i have had one for years , but never fitted it ! LOL )

Just make sure the FCD is the correct one for the FC ( mine is a little grey box and was plug and play .. 2 seconds to fit tops )

Prof

If it\'s the \'ebay\' stage 1 - I\'d leave it in the glovebox - those things are nasty.

better off getting a chipped ecu with some paperwork or previous user setup info, so you know what you\'re getting and know it works.

m1tch

It basically makes the engine think that its not boosting as high as it is meaning it doesn\'t cut fuel :) this is no substitute to proper fueling though!!

rising son

yea m1tch i know its not ideal but will do just now until ive added other supporting mods for a remap/chip etc ;)

B.Martin

Don\'t know what your budget is like, but if your prepared to spend the extra it\'s worth getting an apexi power FC or something similar. Expect to pay the best part of £500 though, but you have that mapped. A chipped ecu is pre-mapped, but its a far cheaper solution when just doing breathing mods.

rising son

not goind to far with this car mate, im keeping it but its more just a daily driver. i have another car that i put all my cash into, this is more just a toy so not really interested in spending loads, i have an apexiFC in my other car

B.Martin

Ahhhh, another brave daily driver! I don\'t know how you guys do it :p

m1tch

Cost of RX7 + fuel = Cost of cheap eco box + fuel

rising son

^^ agreed the extra im paying in fuel is getting saved with the classic insurance premium
