Re-Amemiya Rear diffuser fitment?

Am planning on buying the Re-Amemiya Bowtech Generator rear diffuser but i would want to know does these diffusers fit to your bumper or clips on to bumper and does it supply the fitting parts or would u have to custom make them to fit?

I might go for aftermarket bumper too so want to ask to make sure if it fits to chassis or bumper thanks.

I believe the rear fits to the number plate bracket, the sides fit to where the rear spats are and the front fits to a couple of bolts on the fuel tank via a metal straps which some come with and others dont.
