Kruizer

Why not offer a complete 3rotor conversion for sale ? Surely that would fund a nice chunk of your quad rotor project ? With half the warrenty gone from the engine however you will loose a nice chunk of your investment but still gain enough from the sale if you get me...

Great choice Frank. Can I suggest, tell Pip to build you a new loom and install a Motec ECU fo you! Job done!!!

I think new loom and Motec ECU is a must for Rotary. I am speaking from experience! I have used PFC, Microtec and owned a supra which had Haltec ECU!

Cheers

already on my shopping list, I have budgeted for this after it has been run in I am just hoping I can save some money on the re-build as I was the same as you I ended with a new housing last time as it had done the devils claw job, but I did do lots and lots of miles on it before I realised what was wrong, this time as soon as it happened i drove her straight home just 3 miles,, so I may have got away with it,, I will soon find out :Nono!
what have you done with your 20b now?
I could ask Pip to put your 4 rotor kit in my Cosmo :Tongue1

Have you used the new Haltech??, dont always go by what a tuner tells you or the end result with the mapping, a ecu is only as good as the mappers input, or how will they know the ecu!!
You would be surprised how will some cars drive even with ecu\'s which you would never consider using

Lolll Jaydee, stop doing this to me> :flamed :Giggle :Giggle

I just air my experience! Yes the new Haltec is good, which, if I am not mistaken, comes with a wiring loom! I quoted Motec because, I have a running engine for Last 6 months now :eek:

I never had this experience! Or may be I have grown up and I am driving my car more reasonably!!!

So Motec has done it for me! Oh J, forgot to say, you know that monster you build for James is running motec isn\'t? :D ;) and Rob is also running motec and Blitzen is also running motec and and and lolll

you know I respect your opinion and your expertise are unmatched so can\'t say anything to rebute your thoughts! Thumbs up

just sharing my thoughts! All I know is that in the UK, three fastest rotaries are running Motec! Lolll

Cheers

Didnt Ross use an apexi ECU? he has yet to be beaten still BTW

Grant Monkhouse

chris impey uses a link G4 ecu too, and he is the fastest at the moment isnt he?

Grant Monkhouse

So are you going to finish this 3rotor Mir or have you actually got the 4 rotor kit?
