Need some 12a s1-3 engine bay pics

Hi Folks,

Myself and my dad are currently building an RX4 Coupe which has been fitted with what i believe to be a bridgeported series 2 12a engine and 5 speed from a 1983 rx7. Problem i have is that the engine bay was pretty much bare when i got the car... just the block and a few ancillaries really! It looked like this:

Starting to fill up a little...

Engine bay is starting to look a bit more full but im still unsure where such things as where the wire from the distributor plugs in! I ve got to go through the fun job of tracing both looms too :confused:

1985 S3 UK car, as factory, except Thermal Reactor gone - you can see blanked pipe off air cleaner.

Not at this stage... just wondering where the loom that comes from the dizzy plugs in! As i cannot see any where obvious! May just me being thick though...:Hammer

Here\'s a couple of pics of my distrib.

looks to me like one side is the connection to the ignitors. The other side might be a low tension connect or maybe earth? Not looked at a wiring diagram. Have you got one?

Thanks for the pics David, just managed to find a wiring diagram so will be studying that at the weekend! Mark, not to many pics of use on your thread but really interesting read! Great to see the evolution of your car!

Also does anyone have a picture of a ignition relay? I seem to be missing mine! Any ideas on where i might get one??
