Well I thought I would introduce myself. Hi my name is James and I am 18 and originally from the rx8oc (thanks benedunn for recommending this forum :)). I own 2 1/2 rx8\'s (ones being broken by me) 1 VR 231, 1 BB 192 and TG 192. Got my first at 17 but got ripped off as the engine was dead :(

The 231 is my daily driver and has a rebuilt engine which I did myself. The BB 192\'s engine is currently on my engine stand right this second and being rebuilt. I like all things rotary and love helping people out with there engine questions, some call me "rotary (rx8) doctor south" the rx7 on the other hand I am a complete novice at so will be doing my best to learn about it and have already found some great info on this forum :D

I hope I will fit in here as I am told this place is a bit more hands on than the rx8oc :D

Welcome to MRC and for thankyou for becoming a full club member straight off.

I know you have become a real enthusiast for Rotary power and you will find many of the main enthusiasts from the RX8OC are also full club members from here as well :D

You will find a different feel to the club here but as I have said before it\'s not a case of one club being better than another, its a case of enhancing your passion even further by being in more than one club :Thumbs-up

p.s. don\'t worry you will fit in fine :Thumbsup!
All the best Clive

Hi James, and welcome to the MRC.

You\'ll find quite a few RX8OC members are also members over here too.

Loads of stuff on all RX-7 variants to be found on here. I blame this club entirely for luring me (together with Hypothermia, Will66 and Seanp) into purchasing a lovely 1983 RX-7 1st Gen motor back in March this year :Laugh

So, be careful, otherwise you\'ll be adding an RX-7 to your 2.5 x RX-8 collection before long :)

Help, is there a cure for rotaryness addiction.......:Laugh
