Hows the colour match? Did you have the Cans made up for you (custom colour matched) or Halfords specials?

Eoiny555

Colour match was spot on, had it made up by www.auto-paint.co.uk in St. Helens & i have to say they were fantastic, even when i called with a delivery query they were very friendly & helpfull.

Wouldnt have chanced the halfords job, figure if your going to do it do it right

We found it on www.tradecarview.com & contacted the seller though that, cant remember exact figures but i know it was cheap enough in Japan but we imported it to republic of Ireland & there was some steep import juty & registration tax which was about 1300 euro:2eek but i dont think that applies in the uk

Takes 4-6 weeks on the boat though, longest wait of my life lol

can i ask what paint are u using and is it out of a can or gun if using a gun i reconmend 2 pac clear best stuff ever try use 2000 grit befor g3 save alot of time. if anything leave for as long as u can between primer and base coat as possible 24hr is the best to avoid a reaction between them, if a reaction does happen sand down and use isolating primer alway wrked for me good luck
