your terminals wont be affected by road tyres its your et that will suffer, terminal speeds are a good reflection of the cars power :WaveBye
 
what will be affected will be your drive train when it ****s itself all over the track.

Erm...well...no chance for me. My engine is still sitting a box atm. And my gearbox is still on the bench.

far too much to do due and just no time to do it...still gotta get my secondary rail made. some other things lathed!!!.......wiring yet to be completed...just too much to do atm.

Just a small update. We finished the car today! We met with loads of unwanted experiences and at end we decided to go on a different route! For the purpose of Rotorstock, we kept a boost at .7bar and produced 550 bhp (print out will be available at RS :). If we go above that we experience sever boost creep and that may result in blowing the engine on the strip. We know the cause of boost creep but the time is not permitting to cure it because ordering a new wastegate and then installation is another one weeks worth of a wait! So .7 bar of boost making 550hp is not too bad!
