Yeah, if emissions are very loose out there, just remove it all. Although you need blanking plates for the air control valve setup.

I run a dual alternator belt pulley, there\'s one for sale on here for fairly cheap I think.

It\'s not really going to cause me to many problems though by leaving it alone is it? I don\'t want to get to far ahead of myself until I\'m back in the UK and have WGT to sort it out for me. :Giggle

I can\'t find the dual alt pulley for cheap and I need one :(

I\'ve not got a Cyprus MOT and I don\'t think they\'re strict, they last for 2 years for christ sake!! But what I\'m saying is I dont need to remove it do I? It\'s not an issue to leave it on instead of risking breaking something and needlessly spending more cash on blacking plates when I could have coilovers instead etc?

You don\'t need to, they are removed mainly due to space if you need to fit a bigger turbo etc or indeed you need the extra 2bhp it yields from removing it lol

Part of my emissions stuff had been removed already probably about a decade ago, im just finishing the job :D

Maybe I\'ll look into it when I\'ve replaced the rad and fan and am looking for more mods to do to improve the engine bay :Giggle
