Hi Guys,

Received my Defi Amber gauges today but I need a "sandwich plate" for the oil filter mount. Any suggestions where I might get one ?
Also, where is best place to mount water temp sensor without too much hassle ?

Thanks in anticipation.

Try this link- they do the Motec sandwich plates.

Explain whet you want doing to it and they will tap/drill the correct holes, etc.

Lesmon

I meant Mocal (not Motec)

Glad you got one sorted Phil. I got a GReddy one from Demon Tweeks, about £70 but a nice bit of kit. The Mocal ones didn\'t have the right size threaded hole for my Blitz gauges (M12 x 1.25) last time I looked, shame as they were about £40...

Cheers,
Alex

As far as oil temp sender location, I\'ve been told that the easiest way to mount it, is to drill and tap it on to your sump plug. You will also get a more accurate reading from there too;)
