hp declaration

hi guys.
trying to get insurance sorted for the 3.
i spoke to houghton for some advice about what info they\'d require etc, and i can detail all the mods well enough, but they want to know the stock hp of an rx3 and the mod\'d hp (ie. how much the power has been increased by mods).
don\'t quite know how to get this info (at least until it gets here and i can have it dyno\'d).
does anyone know a way round this? is power declaration mandatory for mod\'d cars\' insurance?
if i list the mods here, could anyone do a guestimate for me?

and i wouldn\'t be too disappointed.. a conservative estimate prob suits better for insurance declaration purposes;)
