Anyone with M\'s filters out there

Hi there,
I recently got my new FD, it has twin M\'s filters hardpiped in.  I have noted that one of the pipes is blanked by a rubber cap.  thing is that cap has corroded and split and leaks air!!

Does anyone know where I can get another or if a simple alt cap/blanking plate for halfords etc will do the trick??

what about getting a piece of car inner tube and pulling it over and jubillee cliping it in place?
