You will need to be at the stand approx by 8.30 -8.45 briefing is at 9.10am

What time would we need to get to the gate ? Will it be very busy early doors ?

It may well be busy on the roads around the venue. I\'m aiming to get to Gate A by 8am, to allow some time for queuing! It may also be worth finding a route that avoids taking you past the other Gates (B & C) otherwise you could get caught in 3 queues! I\'ve used Google Earth to find a (hopefully) quieter route to Gate A from the southerly direction.

^^ I got a cheap(ish) hotel just off the M4 in Swindon, so only one junction away on the M4. I\'ll be setting off from there about 7am I reckon.

Please make sure that you display the Club stand pass in your window and NOT the Track Pass  that was enclosed in your track pack, otherwise you will get directed straight to the track and not to the club stand.

Please try and arrive at the club stand for 8.30-8.45 as you will all need to get down to the briefing session for 9.10am.

Make sure you have also completed and signed the enclosed documents in the pack prior to arriving.

^^^ Wot Lisa said, and for anyone who hasn\'t been to Japfest before, beware there can be massive queues for the Gates - allow plenty of time!

A big thankyou to all who took their car out on track. Everyone I spoke to seemed to enjoy themselves out there as much as I did! l\'ll look to see if there is the same level of interest next yr and maybe we\'ll do it again. Sorry to hear about John\'s senior moment - I was looking fwd to mtg you.  Darn, I\'m on a poor connection 4 a few days, and using a smartphone, so using the forum is tough, & I can\'t view any vids! I have some in car vid I\'ll post up when I get bacm home on Thurs/Fri.
