boost problem in lower gears

sorry.. just noticed you\'d changed the MAP sensor.. did u change the vac line too?

nope, have not changed the vac line or filter just infront of it, but will do so

also sounds like could be a slight exhaust leak that goes when warm
ive just replaced a check valve though for poor boosting,just remove them all and blow the way of the arrow if u can suck through its donald ducked
i know its alot of work but its the easiest test,you can do them with inklet manifold on just fiddly

will i need a new gasket or so, if i take the manifold of to check the check valves/hoses tho ?

providing it tightens back up with no leaks i\'d have thought u\'d get away with it? i dont want to be quoted on this though
