road tax?

Yep I\'ll be putting my hand into the coffers again at the end of this month for another 6 months too.
I think it would be better to abolish the road fund tax and put say 10p on a litre of petrol then everybody has to pay for it - the less you drive, the less you pay - gr8 idea me thinks!
