water/coolant issue!!

ok so the REX has just been started up for the first time in a year.............topped up the coolant/water.......left her running over for a good 20mins........switched her off........and then the AST started bubbling and water/coolant started seeping out of the top pipe and cap!!! :xconfused

aint too sure what this is indicating but im sure it aint good!!!

can anyone help me with this issue!!!?

Cap probably needs replacing as there may be a build up of muck in the seal. Possibly a new pipe as it may have a split, or just needs a stronger clip on the the pipe.
