rebuild wiring help

hi guys

as some you know i been building my engine and single turbo conversion.

now runing into problems with eletrics, all the mechanics are fine and working

so here is the problem every time go to stage 2 ignition it blows the B2 fuse in the main fuse box in engine bay.

what i have done so far:
1 engine rebuild
2 single turbo
3 stripped engine wiring loom down to single turbo all extra cut out down to apexi
4done a few other few things but not that i think would get in the way of wires

problems
1 no spark
2 no injectors spray
(due to loss of B1 40amp fuse)
3 no stage one igniton ie interior light, dash board lights, key left in buzzer

good points
1 engine turns on starter motor
2 have fuel pressure

things have now done

1 stripped the engine loom to single turbo conversion
2 plugged in to ecu
3 turned ing and blow the B1 fuse
4 so problem not on engine loom
5 removed all extras from standard loom ie boost controler, gauges, turbo timer ect ect
6 just left with standard loom inside car
7 turned 2nd stage ign and still blows B1

been look at this for 3 days now and starting to give up, must be some thing simple like a wire pinch or a short some where. i am going to start swinging throught all cables to earth 2m.

has any one got any ideas what it could be? or a hint?

plz plz i am almost ready to give up
