Hi boys and girls ann has done the watford half marathon in 2.05 today it was a very hard course and my 7 year old katie done a 1 mile in 9 mins i am a very proud man.Katie done the run for di to give her strengh x

Hi all, this is Ann, (Andy\'s better half) just a quick note as a followup to my London Marathon venture. Firstly I apologise that it has taken me so long to get around to doing this but what with both girls having Birthday parties, Royal weddings and so on, I haven\'t had a chance.
Wow what a day it was, the athmosphere and the people were fantastic.
I was totally overwhelmed and emotions were running high! I hit the wall at 18 miles, it was very hot and stifling but soon regained my energy at the 20th, from there on it was magical, although the miles appeared to get longer it was a great feeling to see that finish line. Of course I had to slow down at the 26th to give a cuddle to my very special spectators who waited patiently in the sweltering heat.
I will finish again by saying a Great Big Thank You to all of you for your support and very kind donations, without you, I couldn\'t have fulfilled my dream and successfully raised money for Marie Curie.
