No problem buddy, remind me of the payment amount etc

I wont ever mention the word chicken i promise! But i am glad you finally agree on Stoners talents, taking the Ducati to the world title, you would think it would be easy for Rossi! :Thumbs-up

Haha.......i\'ll admit, although im full of confidence for Rossi for this year, and i have no doubts he can make that bike win.....my Italian buddy at Ducati has told me his shoulder operation recovery is taking longer than normal.

He needs to be fully fit in order to get the best out of that bike in pre season testing.

I thought you come up with something better than that.............

I think Rossi\'s lengthy recouperation for his shoulder has a lot to do with it being an excuse for him not trying very hard. After all, by the time he got back the title was gone, Yamaha got all shirty about not letting him test the Duke whilst still under contract, so why push himself and risk damaging the shoulder further or delaying the healing for a lost cause?

I remember towards the end of the season and Rider & Moody had Neil Spading in the commentary box, who seems and is apparently all things bike related. He was of the opinion that Rossi very much liked his bikes a complete package, brakes, engine, suspension etc, something the Ducati is very much not, his view was it would take Rossi a lot of testing to get it anywhere near what he would like, although he clearly has the talent and knowledge to translate what needs to be done to make it that way! The Stoner Honda move was also put to him after Stoners previous failure, basically it was a tyre issue, Stoner never got on with the Michelin.

Interesting season ahead, shame after the thread title "being full of win" some are already now making their excuse\'s (cough)
