Due to my recent involvement with James McCarthy I feel that I must comment.

I feel that James McCarthy should be paying off the £1400.00+ awarded to me by the Courts before funding projects like this.

Take a moment to consider how you would feel in my position upon seeing his post and reading praise for him and his work knowing you will have to wait 5 years to get paid a Court Judgement against him at £25.00 a month, being all the poor hard up guy can afford.

Mods you are polluting this project thread and abusing your authority, there is a seperate thread where John has told us about his dispute with James and it should be left at that, not spam every thread that James posts on, you are abusing your position, and with Johnf editing Gurj\'s post is futher proof.
You should stick to your policy of raising the thread on the issue and closing it , which you have done and leave it at that.

Hi John,

Slightly off key i feel in the rather deliberate attempt there to smeer me there. However i see your point in your comments and take on board how you may feel pee\'d off after seeing this thread up. I will draft a responce together for your above post/thread as i feel it miss\'s a few key points and actually how i was unware that the thread indeed even existed. Once i have done that then people can dicide for them selves weather the charactor assassination is just or unfair.

What i will say here in responce to "funding a project like this". I have been doing this car for 2 and half years. And once in a blue moon get a chance to work on it. I Think if "funding" (your term) it was readily available i think she might be a little further along than this. I have no shame in admitting that buisness is slow and finacially in general at the moment im not in the best place.

As above i will indeed draft a responce to your thread and submitt it so people can indeed make up there own minds. I have no intention of comming to blows on the thread dispite the clearly antagonistic nature of your post. These threads are about the cars not personal grievances.

Unfortunately this thread being resurrected has been seen as inflammatory toward a full club member who had been wronged and so responded on this thread after permission was sought from the moderators section to make just one extra post.

This was a situation never encountered on MRC before in that in this instance was a proven case, with a guest then flouting the continuation of his project despite owing an MRC member a large sum of money.

This was why this resurrection was deemed as inflammatory and also this had gone way beyond a “normal dispute" which is why an exception was made for a full club member with the fact that he is a moderator becoming irrelevant.
