As the title says, am after any info or \'know how\' on how to loose/adjust the speed sensor in a power steering rack but keeping it a power rack & not so that is is stuck fully open, resulting in really light continous steering, many thanks??

Are you talking about an FD? If so, I\'m 99.9% sure they aren\'t speed sensitive dude - just old school quill type rack.
I\'ve never seen anything remotely resembling the gubbins for speed sensitive on mine.

Happy to be told otherwise :)

On the FC the CPU for the ps is under the steering column iirc... Suggest you start with unplugging that and seeing what happens :wave

Thanks Brett, its a start. I\'ll do that once i get the power rack back in but not sure if it will still be working as Im no longer running the standard ecu on my Renesis conversion, i\'ll ask RE:Worx if the steering cpu will still be working.

Really sounds like a daunting fix, it\'s really hard to tell what works well and what\'s not with the car.
