As this is arranged by MX5OC, it seems to be mainly "MX-5" related (demos of various MX5s, and talks from MX5 designers etc.); a Gymkhana/Autosolo is planned, which many of us will probably joint in the fun etc.

Is there anything in addition planned by MRC, after all we are supposed to be celebrating a "Rotary" win? :-)

When do we need to start registering/paying, and will that be handled through MRC or should we do that individually via the MX5Beauliea website??

Seems odd this far in advance that they couldn\'t find anyone to take over the organisation of the event, should the message prove to be accurate. How embarassing.....

Gobsmacked - maybe we should just try and book direct with Beaulieu to have a meet of rotaries there on that Sunday, in honour of the Le Mans victory. The RX8OC did a meet there in recent times if I remember correctly?

I have had an email from Allan Legg the organiser who has advised that due to his poor health, that the event has been cancelled.

I will contact Beaulieu today to see what I can sort out.
