Anybody know what this wire/connector in my engine bay is!?

As I was removing my intake setup to have a better look at the oil return pipe leak on one of the turbos, I noticed this cable and connector poking up. I can\'t find anywhere to connect it and I don\'t remember pulling anything hard enough to have pulled it out either.

The cable seems to be coming up from down the front of the car. Does anyone know what it is?
