local part store and leads

ordered a set of ignition leads from the local parts store using my uk fc reg number and got a 5 piece set, even though the fc only has 4.  how can i get the correct set of leads?

What car is it for? There were two types on S4 egi\'s, not sure about the US, though the US had S5\'s which the uk didn\'t.

They may be messing up if you\'re car is US.

Or try your chasis number instead

it was for a 91 turbo uk spec.  even when i told the guy at halfords the reg number he said all they had were 5 piece set.


OOPS!  sorry, was a 89 turbo uk spec

Weird sounds like he found a kit for the later s4.5 egi ( i think).

Give a specialist a bell, they usually have em in stock

do you need a full set or just the odd one or two ?

i had magnacor set and do like them, just not ready to buy them again.  car has sat for along time and just want to get it running again.  after i know everything is good on the car then ill put all the good stuff in.  just wanted a stock set to get her running again.
