Drivers Door Glass will not raise straight

Bought quite a good one from a well known motorist accessory supplier (never met Hal yet but lots of Henries parked at the front).  Sprayed - now quite smooth but still doesn\'t stay in the groove properly.  Made numerous adjustments with the same result BUT it no longer catches the run channel seal as it did.
Wondering whether perhaps there might be a loose connection in the mechanism behind the panel.
Any suggestions guys?

Applied the silicone spray to all known parts (including my body parts too - tastes horrible but the skin has a lovely texture to it) and re-positioned every nut/bolt and runner known to man & beast.
Nearly there, not perfect yet but definitely 1000% improvement and I think with more periodic use will \'ride with wear\' and work out fine.  Thanx for asking.
