I punt an old pad in and then used a g clamp to push the piston back on mine. Have you got the calliper off the car? If not you\'ll be trying to push the fluid back through the system which wont help. If you have it off the car and have access to an air line then you might even be able to blow it out from the fluid inlet port.

well im at work and glad i brought the calipers with me.  i applied air to the inlet port and got the pistons out but the seized pistons still will not budge.

I have the other calipers for you in my car, i will give them to the wife tonight and she will have them back at marham for you by monday. I have given you three more so you should have what you wany from that lot. I will give you my address as they are a bit heavy for postage or I will get her to drop them off for you sometime during the week.

Then im about out of idea\'s mate TBH.Only other thing would to try some pipe grips on hte piston (if you can get them on) and try and spin the piston to free it off. Not the easiest thing to do though.

My personal trick for this is put a pair of old pads back in the caliper then stick the end of a 2 foot braker bar in the gap and attempt to spread them.

Failing that get a brave/stupid friend to hold everything in place (or remove from the car and use a vice) and apply large scaffolding pole to said braker bar and apply violence. :Giggle

Probably not the safest way but as long as you don\'t warp or damage the caliper as a whole you should be OK, it\'s worked for me.
Lil-Steve is.... loving it when a plan comes together.

if its stuck then its usually a bit of corrosion, thats the trouble when they are sat on the shelf and no fluid in them. She will be back monday sometime so I will give you my address and her tel number by email and you can collect from there if you wish.

I use a big G clamp for my pistons, always works but it seems that one is well stuck.
