Best way is to see what\'s connected to them!  If you\'ve removed all emissions and have an aftermarket boost controller, then yes.  FSM tells you what they all are, but to review:
Grey: solenoid valve (switch)
Orange: solenoid valve (PRC)
Blue: Solenoid valve (relief)
Other: Duty solenoid valve (boost pressure controller)

If you\'ve ditched the emissions stuff, the only one that needs to stay is the PRC solenoid - it\'s job is to cut vacuum to the fuel pressure regulator when starting hot (to stop percolation of fuel) for about 30 seconds on startup.  You can ditch it, and pipe the vacuum from the back of the lower inlet manifold to the FPR directly - you\'ll just have to tickle the gas pedal a bit to keep the car running for the first 30-60 seconds on a hot start.
