Tis a shame about the conversation \'cause it really does look to be in reasonable condition. Only for the fact that I already have my next project, I\'d be seriously considering buying it and putting a 12a back in.

it\'d be the only thing to do with it really... to me, the heart and soul of the
RX7 is the engine, take that out and you\'ve got.......well, I dunno what you\'ve got really. If you want a Cologne V6 in a car, buy a Sierra or a Capri.

Full agreement with you there Ian the two were made for each other.  It wouldn\'t look as good as your\'s though even when finished - and I agree with David too, it still looked the Dogs Dangly bits when hitching a lift.

Dave, my interior came out of Stus\' RX7 that he\'s selling - gives you an idea as to the finish in his rex, definitely a top guy - I\'m still in touch with him.  Incidentally I believe he still has some RX7 spares left.

Hi All,
I thought you might like to know about my 1st gens, some of you might remember them from the summer meets at Jimmy\'s they all made the trip there at one time or other from North Cornwall,

EMY317V, a s1 that is metallic blue, shes not on the road or sorn as she was last used before the dreaded sorn came into effect but is safely tucked up in a barn ready for my lottery win, she ran perfectly when put away but needed some tidying.

RDD474, a s2 in metallic burgandy, with an air brushed panther on the bonnet and a Richard Grant body kit on it, currently sorned, last on the road in 2006 when I took the reg off and the original FTT785Y went back on. Shes in excellent condition with around 60k on the clock and should be no problem returning to service.

B247XDV, a s3 Elford Turbo in black, sorned again but tucked up nicely in great condition waiting for the kids to no longer be a drain on my time and finances. think shes got around 80k on the clock, the front bumper/skirt came of a metallic green Elford that Jimmys wife Lynn drove till he broke it for parts, my Elford had a TWR front when I bought it after the original was damaged.

FEL700V, was an s1 I had for parts but now just about disintergrated to nothing!

Not an s1 but also have a 90 convertable that came from Jimmy, reg\'d RXI6223 at the time but sadly sorned too, needs a new hood and a wheel refurb but ready to go then.

Unfortunatly can\'t post pics or a link at the moment. it\'s great to see there are still some s1\'s about, I\'ve not seen one on the road in cornwall in at least 5 years....obviously I don\'t get enough anymore!
