So it failed yesterday, i was kind of expecting it to fail on emissions but passed that with a bit to spare.
CO- max 3.50% i came in at 3.09% :Giggle
HC- max 1200ppm i was 791ppm
and no smoke which is always nice.

It failed on offside and nearside rear lower control link, these bars are only a few inches long so shouldnt cost much, although im not sure where to get them from? mazda?

Also offside front brake disc has restricted movement, Got some recon calipers from rotechnics a few years ago that never got used, so that should fix that.

Lastly parking brake efficiancy below requirements (11%) Might be a case of just tightening the cable he said he didnt want to pull too hard and snap the cable.
All in all im pretty happy with that lot. :wiggle

Advisory Items,
Nearside and offside macpherson struts have slight play in the sliding bush or gland.
Nearside front tyre worn close to limit. had to put my old wheels as i was waiting for my new used ones to arrive, came today and looks good so need them fitted next.
Battery insecure, need the bracket thing.
Aftermarket exhaust fitted.

Quite pleased with that lot plus i got to drive it for the first time in two years:eek:
It was running like crap at first, well just after i put £20 fuel in it, really bad hesitations almost made it undrivable so went home, took it out again half an hour later and it fixed itself!! all good now.
So on the drive home from the MOT station i went the long way round and had a little blast and i think i hit fuel cut so calmed down a bit.
AFR\'s were 12 on boost, 14 cruising and boost went to 9psi.
