Quote from: Ada7;715489Are you going to get the block painted or anything?
What difference would it make to having it further back in the engine bay?

Adam

As Nik da Greek said dude, its for better weight distribution. Keeping the wight behind the front wheels instead of on top of them helps the handling. Its also been dropped aswell slightly.

The frame was a Hinsdon Super Cars item. I have since modfiied it so it can accepted the engine sitting further back.

I think i did kinda know that already. Was having a dumb moment :o
So all you\'ve got to do now is put some fuel in it and your ready to roll? ;)

Yes had the car for well over a year but the 20B for about a year and a half. No time is the issue. Have to do bits a bobs when i can around customer cars. No time ot spend on my own ones! I have no real aims in terms of power. Will fuel her up dyno and see what happens.

Due to my recent involvement with James McCarthy I feel that I must comment.

I feel that James McCarthy should be paying off the £1400.00+ awarded to me by the Courts before funding projects like this.

Take a moment to consider how you would feel in my position upon seeing his post and reading praise for him and his work knowing you will have to wait 5 years to get paid a Court Judgement against him at £25.00 a month, being all the poor hard up guy can afford.
