Windscreen wiper help

my front left windscreen wiper is sticking out and is catching on my bonnet so i need to tighten it up because it looks like its working loose,
 
anyone know how to tighten it up?

Remove rubber grommet(sp) where wiper arm attaches to car, it just pulls off. Tighten up 10mm nut, replace rubber grommet. Job done.
