My mum was born and raised on the other side of the valley from Mijcol so I spent lengthy periods of time in the area as a child and I still speak some of the dialect (in fact, some of my older relatives can hardly speak Italian).

Lovely part of the country although driving through the mountain roads can be a little bit like this:
