B682 XEW now back on ebay with £399  starting price and no reserve.
Taxed and tested so a cheap car.

Quote from: A7RXY;706867I once ordered a Morgan in that colour, but by the time it was ready I could no longer fit in it, so had my XJS rebuilt, you win some and you lose some, sold the Jag for peanuts wonder what the Morgan would have been worth .

Some cars look good in BRG, mainly old English sportscars.
Stu\'s cobra also looks the biz but an RX7?   mmmmmmm.

Haha,Ian\'s legendary aversion to green surfaces again.
Have to say i like the opal green, but not BRG,it\'s toooooooo dark for a Fb,no chrome to set it off.

I remember trying to negotiate a viewing & price on this car in May but it was like pulling teeth - the guy just didn\'t seem genuine to me, made we wonder if he was hiding something.  Cliff

On a totally different subject - suggested you might have a set of wine/burgundy carpets for 1st Gen? Is this correct? If so would you be interested in selling them? Ta. Cliff

You mean the Green Car don\'t you L18M, because XEW is in Manchester?

It was brought to Somerset for a Resto. So like all such project cars, has it been done up to a good standard?

It\'s a one off colourwise, so worth a look if it\'s near to you I would suppose. Check all the usual trouble spots underneath, like in the rear wheel arches for axle tie plates rusting through. Also chassis legs at front for cracking at Steering box or Idler Arm locations. Bottom of doors (not so bad on Series 3). Also how good was the leather work (retrim?)/ and the Racing Green paint job, both done either some time ago or (very unlikely this) in the Factory?

Mileage is probably unreliable being so low so you need to assess that.

Go\'on then I\'ll have a punt......£650/£800??? - perhaps a tad more if it\'s really nicely done up.
