Evening all,

Good news...drove Nev to the MOT station, frankly looking hanging as I didn\'t have time to give him a wash. After a nightmare concerning emissions we have a ticket requiring just a rear tyre (from sitting flat), wiper blades and the yearly temporary front number plate so all good. Will tax next month so I don\'t lose two weeks of duty then off we go-roll on the 21st!

Hmmmm.....Here\'s Another with an incorrect Reg. This Green Car is from the Mazda Brochure of Feb 1985. I\'d dutifully logged it yonks ago as an S3 1st Gen, \'Probably Scrap\'.

It\'s no such thing, the Reg throws up a Red 1769cc Mazda on DVLA, not taxed since 2000.

Now it\'s Academic really, since all are probably long gone but we Virgo\'s do like things to be what they seem. I think Mazda publicity department hid the true Reg of the White Car and this Green car....but Why??? Com\'on you Closet Poirots.

Another one thats been off the road a long time and now been resurrected where are they all hiding?!

Think I might sniff round every barn I come across at this rate might get lucky.

By the way if anyone is interested in this one it is only about half an hour from me so don\'t mind going to give it a once over before someone embarks on an expedition from the back of beyond to look at it.

TRH went from Sheffield to Somerset last year. I wondered then if it was an import because of the racing green colour. MX5\'s had that colour scheme with beige leather as factory limited editions in the late 1980\'s but I\'m not aware of any FB\'s ever having the same limited edition options. More likely it\'s had a make-over in it\'s early life?

I wonder if it could been an opal green car, as it has a brown dash etc. I have seen some imports from Japan with leather interior but not with piping, mind you the colours go together well

I once ordered a Morgan in that colour, but by the time it was ready I could no longer fit in it, so had my XJS rebuilt, you win some and you lose some, sold the Jag for peanuts wonder what the Morgan would have been worth .
